Minced meat pilau with coconut

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the minced meat till well done
* Step 2
Blend the onion, chili, ginger and garlic to a paste and add it into the sauce pan with minced meat. Give it a good mix
* Step 3
Add in the pilau masala and stir for a minute before adding the tomato paste. Pour in the rice and stir till well coated. Add in the grated coconut and the chopped bell peppers and mix. Season
* Step 4
Add in the water and let simmer till all liquid is absorbe
* Step 5
Remove from heat and fluff it up. Cover and let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving
