Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash clean your potatoes and Slice them into thick rounds. rinse in cold water till water is clear. drain and pat them dry
* Step 2
Place them in a mixing bowl and drizzle some oil,pepper and salt. add in the rosemary and give it a good mix
* Step 3
Arrange on a baking tray with aluminium foil
* Step 4
Bake in a 180 degree celcius preheated oven for 45 minutes flipping in 15 minute interval. for the last 15 minutes bake on a rack
* Step 5
DONE!. garnish and serve.
