i had to cut them into small pieces for the fear of not being well done and i nailed it! #teamcontest #bakingclassy #bakeddishes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add in the ginger

Rub in the magarine and the oil to a Crumbly texture

Add in the eggs

Add in the milk and knead

* Step 5

Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes while covered

Dust your work surface and roll out the dough. Cut off the edges to a regular shape and divide into small pieces

Arrange them on a greased oven tray and spray vegetable oil over them ensuring each piece is well sprayed. Bake them in a 180 degrees Celsius preheated oven for 20 minutes,

Flip them and bake for a further 10 minites

Serve with tea/juice
