Cheesey potato patty

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, wash and Boil your potatoes in salty water. Drain and mash

Chop the onions and the garlic and add in the mashed potatoes. Give it a good mix

Grate your cheese and add in the mixture

Add in the egg and half of the bread crumbs and mix well

* Step 5

Scoop using a spoon so as to make even Patty circles. Dust them once more into the bread crumbs so as to coat. Let sit for 5 minutes before you start cooking them.

* Step 6

In a medium heated pan add 2 tbsp of oil and place the potato Patty. Cook till golden brown on both sides. Do this for all the patties.

Arrange in a baking tray and bake them in the oven under 200 degrees Celsius for at least 5 minutes before serving
