Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a sauce pan, add half of the onion and cook until translucent
* Step 2
Add in your ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute
* Step 3
Add the chillies and the curry powder. cook for 2 minutes to get rid of the raw taste and aroma off it
* Step 4
Add in the meat and mix thoroughly
* Step 6
Allpow to cook for 20 - 30 minutes under medium heat
* Step 7
Add in hot water, enough to cover the meat
* Step 8
Cover and cook for 30 - 35 minutes for the flavour to be concentrated.
* Step 9
Add in the rest of your onions plus the tomatoes and let cook for 2 minutes
