Samosa za ndengu
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let crackle.
* Step 2
Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and toss until fragrant.
* Step 3
Add the turmeric powder and curry powder and toss. Mix in cooked green grams, salt and onions. Let cook for 2-3 minutes, mix in some coriander leaves and then set aside. Let cool completely
* Step 4
Prepare the samosa pockets and fill in the ndengu, then seal
* Step 5
Deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Make sure the oil is not too hot when frying
* Step 6
Serve with some chips and ketchup
