Cooking instructions
* Step 1
heat olive oil in pan. add diced onions to heated oil stir until tender. then add garlic,oregeno,black pepper,and tomatoes.
* Step 2
grill or bake chicken. lay chicken on a cookie sheet and place cheese of choice on top of each piece. place the tomato mixture on top of each piece of chicken. then preheat oven to 200°F.
* Step 3
let chicken bake until the cheese has melted
