Cooking instructions

grease 9 x 13 baking dish
* Step 3
place flour and beaten egg in separate shallow bowls
* Step 4
dip chicken into flour, then into eggs
* Step 6
cimbine parmesan cheese, crushed croutons and melted butter; then sprinkle on chicken.
* Step 7
loosely cover wuth foil and bake 30 - 40 minutes
* Step 8
chop tomatoes and combine with last ingredients
* Step 9
spoon mixture over chicken and return to oven for 5 - 7 minutes.
