Bruschetta

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Finely mince Garlic, slightly larger pieces for the Basil. Dice the tomatoes.
* Step 3
Mix the Tomatoes, Garlic, Basil, Salt, Pepper, and 3 tablespoons of the Olive Oil into a bowl.
* Step 4
Slice the bread into 1-2 inch thick pieces. Put on LIGHTLY (repeat, lightly) greased foil-covered oven pan. Use the remaning Olive Oil to cover the bread.
* Step 5
Scoop the Tomato mixture on top of each bread piece, making sure to cover the whole piece of bread.
* Step 6
Sprinkle the cheese onto the bread pieces. Stick the pan into the oven, and bake until cheese is melted and edges of bread have turned golden brown. Serve hot, and enjoy! :)
