Oven ‘fried’ squid
I love fried squid but I absolutely hate deep frying and I’m always conscious that on top of stinking the whole house it’s also unhealthy. So I always look for alternatives to make in the oven instead. This recipe was super quick and easy
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the flour feb on 170 degrees C.Start by cleaning the squid from the eye, the inside and the bone. I will take some pics next time to have with this. Cut the body into ring and the tentacles into 2-3 pieces
* Step 2
In a bowl mix in the rest of the ingredients and lay the squid into an oven proof dish separately so that the pieces don’t touch each other.
* Step 3
Cook for about 15 min, I didn’t have to turn mine but check half way through how they are doing. Serve with aioli, lemon or mayo.
