Salmon with pistachio and turmeric crust
Forgot to take a picture of the cooked version but this is a super easy and simple recipe for week days.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven On 200°C. Lay the summer fillets onion a oven proof dish
* Step 2
In the meantime prepare the pistachio crust. Start by crashing the pistachios in a mortar and put them in a bowl. Add the turmeric and the oil until it becomes a thick paste. Lay it on top of the salmon and cook it for 20 min. Serve with other veggie and rice
