Grilled chicory

This is almost not worth putting down as a recipe from how easy it is but like all thing: you don’t know what you don’t know. So here it goes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven on 190. Cut the chicory into 4 length wise and lay it down on an oven proof tray. Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.

* Step 2

Cook for 15-20 until the outside leaves have started to soften
