Pistachio pesto
This is a Sicilian classic, super easy to made and easily made vegan/DF by removing the Parmesan
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan put some water to boil and add the pistachios to boil for a couple of minutes so that the skin gets softer and it’s easier to remove
* Step 2
Add the pealed pistachios in a mixer with the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth paste. Add oil and a tiny bit of water if needed
