Roasted Sausage and Potatoes

This is easy, hardly no mess and pretty healthy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

Chop the sausage and vegetables and apple into 1 inch pieces

* Step 3

In a casserole dish put the potatoes on one half, and the sausage, onion and apple on the other half

* Step 4

Drizzle with olive oil

* Step 5

Add the rosemary to the potatoes, salt and pepper everything

* Step 6

Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour

* Step 7

Right before the dish is ready, heat sauerkraut in a skillet. Serve on the side of the Sausage and Potato mix.

* Step 8

BAM! You have zero mess. So simple. Cheers!
