Creamy Black Eyed Peas
This is my husband's most faaaavorite side!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a skillet saute the oninn and celery in butter for about 4 mins, add garlic and saute another 3 mins. Add black eyed peas to the onion mixture, then chicken broth and seasonings. Cook on low with a lid on for about 20-30 mins. Turn off heat and whiskey in sour cream. AND BAM! Delicious stuff.
