Lemon Salmon fillet
This light dish is simple.
It is an extremely healthy protein-filled meal that takes no time to prepare at all.
Showing u the easiest, simplest way to cook salmon in the oven.
Don’t worry about the lemon making it taste sour – it is not sour at all.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven at 180C/350F.
* Step 2
Thinly slice 300 g peeled potatoes and boil the potatoes slices for 8 mins.
* Step 3
Drain the potatoes slices, cool and put aside.
* Step 4
Grease a large dish and spread out the potatoes slices. Season with salt and black pepper.
* Step 5
Season 300 g skinless salmon with salt and pepper on all the sides and place on the top of the potato slices.
* Step 6
Dice 250 g honey tomatoes and spread the salmon around, along with half Zucchini slices. Season with salt and black pepper. Drizzle 4 tbsp olive oil on top.
* Step 7
Thinly slice 2 or 3 garlic cloves and spread out on top of the salmon.
* Step 8
Thinly slice half lemon and place on the salmon.
* Step 9
Bake in an oven for 18 mins. Drizzle with olive oil again.
