Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in skillet add sausage breaking them apart while they cook
* Step 2
Add in chopped cherry tomatoes and 1/4 cup of chicken stock at a time
* Step 3
Add Chopped zucchini and frozen spinach with another 1/4 cup stock
* Step 4
Add Tortellini and the remainder of the stock. Simmer until the pasta is cooked to your liking, taste and season with salt and pepper.
