Rosemary Chamomile Kombucha

I just wanted to share one of my favorite kombucha flavors. It does work best with a green tea based kombucha brew, but would probably still be wonderful if you brew using black tea. White tea would also be awesome!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour all ingredients into an airtight bottle and set on your counter, out of directly sunlight. Leave for 2-3 days (depending on weather.)

* Step 2

Put bottle in the refrigerator for at least 1 more day. (As many as you'd like... The longer you leave it, the fizzier it will be.)

* Step 3

Take out and enjoy!
