Mushrooms tapas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
cut big mushrooms in half or quarters
* Step 3
put oil in a pan on a medium heat and put in the garlic. And let it simmer so the garlic gets a little colour.
* Step 4
than put in the mushrooms
* Step 5
put in the salt, pepper and paprika. and the juice of half a lemon.
* Step 6
chop the parsley and also put it in the pan
* Step 7
then leave it to simmer until the juice that comes out of the mushrooms is gone. this takes about 10 minutes. sometimes I also put in a dash of balsamic vinegar at this stage. so it tastes a bit sweeter!
* Step 8
this side dish is also great for lunch with some toast! or like a tapas dish! this dish is also great served cold!
