almond powder

1/2 cup

Jaggery

1/2 cup

Oil or ghee

2 tablespoon

Coconut powder

1 teaspoon

Baking powder

1/2 teaspoon

Baking soda

4 tablespoon

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix and sieveall the dry powder ingredients

Wash jaggery and melt it in 1 teacup of water and strain it

* Step 3

Add dry mixture to the jaggery water and blend. Add oil

* Step 4

Add milk till you get a thick batter

* Step 5

Grease a cake tin with oil and then sprinkle some Maida all over

Tap the cake tin

* Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 30-35 mins
