* Step 1

First wash and soak rice for half an hour then add water and cook and keep it aside

* Step 2

Then take a vok add oil and add all tadka and mix and add carrots and cook till it mix completely

* Step 3

Then add this carrot mixture in a rice and add salt and also add grated coconut and serve
