moong dal

3 tsp

ghee

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1/2 inch

ginger crushed

1 strand

curry leaves

6-10 pieces

Cashew

4 cups

Water

as needed

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash and soak rice and dal for half hour and cook with 5 whistles

* Step 2

Then take a tadka pan add ghee and add all tadka ingredients mentioned and mix into dal and add salt as per requirement
