Jaggery kheer

It's traditional and almost in every festival we make

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 servings

Cooking time :

30-40 mins
1 litre

milk

4 TSP

ghee

1 cup

jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash and soak rice for 15 minutes

* Step 2

Then take a kadai add milk and boil it when it becomes 3/4th then add rice and elachi and mix and again cook

* Step 3

Then when milk becomes thick and rice completely cooked switch off it

* Step 4

After ten minutes add jaggery and mix and ghee and chopped Cashews
