Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash Dal and keep it aside for 30 minutes meanwhile cut required veggies Then take a pan add oil once heat add cumin and mustard seeds Allow it to splutter then add onion and saute it for 3 minutes then add tomatoes and mix all and add slat to cook fast Then cook it for 3-4 minutes then add all maslaas and squeeze lemon and mix after one minute add meethi leaves and mix and cook for 2 minutes then add Dal and cook for 5 minutes and add salt if required and water then it's ready to serve.

Serve both with steam rice and chapatis.
