dahi

1/2 tsp

Rock salt

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

1/4 tsp

urad dal

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak soya chunks in water for 10 mins.

* Step 2

Squeeze the water and shallow fry in ghee about 5 mins.

* Step 3

Grind green chillies and rock salt.Add that paste to dahi.Take a kadhai add 2spoons of oil once heated add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds,urad dal,hing, haldi,red chillies and curry leaves.Once splutter transfer into dahi.

* Step 4

Finally add shallow fry soya chunks into dahi.
