Date &almonds shake / strawberry smoothie

Smoothies are very beneficial for health specially for skinny kids. I made date and almond shake and strawberry smoothie for my boy Abdul Hadi.#ramadankitayari

Ingredient

8-10

almonds

1 glass

Milk

to taste

Sugar

1 glass

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add one glass milk in blender jug then add 4tbs dates paste, 8 to 10 almonds, 2 tbs fresh cream and 2tbs sugar or as pr your taste then blend it well and serve immediately.

* Step 2

For strawberry smoothie, Add 1 cup strawberries in a blender jug then add milk and fresh cream as per ingredients then add sugar as per your taste and blend it well and serve Chill.
