Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut all the vegetables in small pieces.cook it in a pressure cooker.After 1 whistle cook it for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Remove the excess water from vegetables. Mash them with the help of masher or grinder.

* Step 3

Heat the oil in kadhai. Add ginger garlic paste, after 2 minutes add onion and tomato paste.

* Step 4

Cook it for 5 minutes.Let it get brown. Now add pav bhaji masala and all other dry masale.

* Step 5

Put mashed vegetables in kadhai and mix it well. Now add boiled peas, cook it for 5-10 minutes at medium flame.

* Step 6

Add cheese cubes and coriander leaves on it.

* Step 7

For good taste add butter in Bhaaji.

* Step 8

Bhaaji is ready to eat with Paav.
