Green Bell Peppers and Aburaage Stir-fried in Oyster Sauce
I made this simple stir-fry with ingredients in my fridge.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Julienne the bell peppers after slicing them in half lengthwise. Pour hot water around the aburaage to remove excess oil, and slice into strips.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and stir the fry bell peppers and aburaage. Lower the heat when the bell peppers become tender.
* Step 3
Stir in the ☆ ingredients, coat the peppers and aburaage, toss briskly and serve.
