Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put boil mashed potatoes, Besan, cornflour, salt, pepper mix all together nicely
* Step 2
Take a bowl put boil peas, chana dal and all spices to mix it take a small portion of potatoes to fill with dry stuffing to make a nice tikki shape
* Step 3
Heat a tawa put some oil to shallow fry all tikki till they become crisp golden brown
* Step 4
Serve hot with methi imli chutney, curd, mint coriander chutney, chopped onion... super crispy yummy tikki ready to serve
