Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take heavy bottom pan and pour cream cook on low flame.as soon you see cream come about boiling now add khoya and stir continuesly
* Step 2
Then add bread crumbs mix well.bread crumbs is used to thicken the mixture.now add sugar,cardamom powder,nuts and cook for few minutes.now ready ur creamy mutt rabdi
* Step 3
On another hand take a bowl add sooji,jaggery,flour,ghee,Saif and milk mix together nicely and make gud mixture
* Step 4
Take a non stick pan put oil and pour mixture spread evenly cook both sides
* Step 5
Now ur sweet roll ready fill with creamy rabdi and garnish with pomegranate serve chilled
