Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash dal and cook with some water,salt,turmeric powder
* Step 2
After one whistle off the flame and on other side take pan add desi ghee put some jeera and crackle it after that put onion cook till they become golden brown now add tomatoes and all spices After that put cooked dal and mix it together and garnishing coriander leaves serve with boil rice /rice idli both tastes are yummy
