Bitter Gourd with Potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a kadhai heat oil for frying.

* Step 2

Deep fry bitter gourd and keep aside.

Now fry potatoes till golden colour.

In a kadhai add oil and onion. Cook it for five minutes. Then add bitter gourd and potatoes. Mix well.

Now add all spices and cream, mix well.

* Step 6

Cook it for ten minutes at medium. Then add dry mango powder and mix it.

* Step 7

Cook for two minutes and turn off the flame.

* Step 8

Sabzi is ready to serve.

* Step 9

Serve hot with chapati.
