Honey Chilli Potato

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes in fingers.Put potatoes,cornflour and salt in a mixing bowl and mix it very well.

Now deep fry all potato fingers in medium hot oil.

* Step 3

Heat oil in another pan add chopped ginger,garlic,chilli,onion, tomato,capsicum and saute it.add sauces,vinegar, little water and cook it 2 to 3 minute.

* Step 4

Now add fried potatoes and honey and mix well.

* Step 5

Transfer into a serving bowl garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
