Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roughly cut tomato and onion an boil with ginger and garlic, remove water and keep a side.
* Step 2
Blend boil tomat,onion, ginger, garlic and boil black chanaand maje pure.
* Step 3
Heat butter in a pan add black chana pure, add black chanawater and make consistency like soup.
* Step 4
Add salt and black pepper mix well.
* Step 5
Serve hot in a soup bowl with butter and garnish with mint.
