Rajasthani Green Chilli pickle

It's very tasty...Tangy...Serve with chapati , parantha , or rice...

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash green chilli and wipe them properly with kitchen towel, the chillies must be water free.

* Step 2

Now with the help of knife slit all chillies and remove the seeds.

* Step 3

Griend coarsely methi seeds, fennel seeds and mustard seeds in a mixer jar, add red chilli powder, salt, dry mango powder in thus mixture and mix well.

* Step 4

Stuff all this mixture in to slit chillies.

* Step 5

Now take a glass jar and put the stuffed chillies in jar and pohf oil on it.

* Step 6

Let the chillies for 2 to 4 days and then serve with chapati, prantha or rice.
