Broccoli Peas Rice Pulao

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the broccoli florets, dip them in warm water for 20 to 25 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and black cardamom, sliced onion and saute on low flame till light brown.

* Step 3

Add broccoli florets and boil Peas, saute them 3 to 4 minutes.

* Step 4

Add all dry masale and mix well.

* Step 5

Keep stirring till the broccoli cook nicely.

* Step 6

Now add cooked rice and mix well, cook for 2 minute.

* Step 7

Broccoli Peas rice Pulao is ready serve with some salad or curry.
