Carrot fudge In Carrot Phirni. #Shiv

It is very healthy and winter recipe which we can eat in fasts.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel carrot and cut into pieces. Boil milk in a pressure cooker and add carrots 3-4 whistle and remove from fire.keep it till release the pressure. Separate milk from carrots. Grind half carrots to smooth paste.

Another half carrots grind with leftover milk for Phirni. Add rice flour and again grind it mix well

Shift batter to a bowl. Add Condensed milk and mix well. Boil water in a heavy bottom pan and put a jali in between.

Grease a any mould and add the carrot batter. Put this on jali and cover it. And steam it.cool it

* Step 5

Carrot Phirni Heat the pulp of grinding carrots.cook for 4-5 minutes. Add dry milk powder and condensed milk and cook till it is thick.

* Step 6

Assemble Pour Phirni in a serving dish.put the carrot fudge in between. Decorate Phirni with dry fruits Apply vark on top of the fudge. Serve chill or at room temperature
