Beetroot Palak Idli Pasta

It is very healthy for kids .it is colourful .Button idli can be cook with suji or rice rava.I here use rice rava in which we use dal also and fermented.for kids it is very nutritious as used beetroot and palak rice dal.full meal .#lunchbox

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Meal. Divide idli batter in three parts. Grind beetroot with 1 tbsp batter to smooth paste.Add left part and mix well.

* Step 2

Grind palak and mix with other part

* Step 3

Now pour all three colours idli batter to idli pot and steamed for 10minutes.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves and onion. Fry till it becomes transparent.

* Step 5

Add capsicum, green chillies, carrot and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomato and salt and cook till it leaves water.

* Step 6

Add soya sauce (optional) and idly. Cook for another 5 minutes.

* Step 7

Pack in kids lunch box with chutney and biscuit cake.colourful pasta full of vitamins and iron
