Soya granules stuffing Beetroot Momos

Cooking instructions

Stuffing Squeeze the all water from soya granulas ftil and saute 3 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 2 chilli

Add soya granules and boiled peas. Add salt and black pepper. Add coriander leaves.

Momos covering Grind beetroot add little water. Seive it and water is used for kneading flour.

Make very small ball sized momos dough and flatten now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin.

Now place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre.

Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle.

* Step 7

Furthermore, steam momos for 10-12 minutes or till shiny sheen appears over it.
