The combinaton of chocolate &HAZELNUT is very demanding in spain.
I used makhana to give it Indian touch.it is INDO Spain fusion
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind biscuit and makhana.
* Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine biscuitcrumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar/white sugar until evenly mixed.
* Step 3
Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake crust 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
* Step 4
Make the Chocolate Filling
* Step 5
Pour the prepared pudding into cooled biscuit crust.
Chill pie for at least 30 minutes before serving.
* Step 6
Caramelise makhana in sugar
