#swadkasangan #Fusionweek The combinaton of chocolate &HAZELNUT is very demanding in spain. I used makhana to give it Indian touch.it is INDO Spain fusion

Ingredient

1 1/2 cups

biscuit

1/2 cup

makhana

6 tablespoons

melted butter

3 tbsp

cream

as needed

Brown chocolate

3-4 tbsp

whipped cream

1/4 cup

Makhana

3 tbsp

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind biscuit and makhana.

In a medium bowl, combine biscuitcrumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar/white sugar until evenly mixed.

Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake crust 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

Make the Chocolate Filling

Pour the prepared pudding into cooled biscuit crust. Chill pie for at least 30 minutes before serving.
