Oats mango cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place oats in dry skillet, and toast until light brown.
Grind Oats
* Step 2
Sift flour with cinnamon, baking soda baking powder and salt.
Mix sugar Fold in vanilla, oats powder
* Step 3
Fold in flour mixture.
Add diced mango into it.
* Step 4
Transfer batter to pan, place in oven and bake for 4minutes in microwave or until cake tester comes out clean Remove from oven
* Step 5
Dissolve corn flour in 4tbsp water.
Heat pan add add mango puree and cornlour. Stire continually when sauce become some glossy and thick switch off gas.
