Bread Dahi Vada. (no grinding no frying)

It is authentic Indian dish without which no festival is complete.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wet pieces of bread and squeeze extra water from the bread

* Step 2

Mix every ingredients of stuffing

* Step 3

Fill bread with dry fruits mixture and make balls.whisk curd add salt and dip balls in curd.

* Step 4

Referigerate for two hours. Takeout from the fridge 15minutes before serving.

* Step 5

Add black salt and normal salt in fine blended left curd in and pour on bread balls

* Step 6

Decorate with cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander leaves and sweet chutney.

* Step 7

Easy to cook... and Good to eat...
