Vegetable Mayonnaise Raita

This recipe is different from the regular Raita we usually make at-home. It is Rich and creamy . Mayonnaise and cream mixed with curd and Oregano, Italian seasoning used to enhance the flavour of the Raita.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop Cucumber tomato capsicum and keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl whisk curd. Add mayonnaise, cream and whisk again. There should be no lumps. Put in the salt, spices, mix well.
* Step 3
Lastly add in the chopped vegetables to the curd. Keep it in the fridge for some time before serving. Serve this Raita in lunch or dinner with other dishes or have it on it's own.
