This Dal Sultaani is made with Rich ingredients smooth and creamy and had a unique taste.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the dals and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan, put jeera, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute a little.Add onions and saute till light brown. Then add turmeric,red chilli powder and stir. Now add tomatoes,mint and coriander leaves, cook for a minute.little water can be add.
* Step 2
Add boiled Dal to the masala,mix it, put garam masala,. off the flame.
* Step 3
In a bowl take curd, milk, and cream,mix.Add this mixture when Dal is slightly cool so that the milk does not curdle. Now add salt. Mix it well. Sultaani Dal is ready to serve.
* Step 4
Sultaani Dal can be eaten with roti or Naan.
