This chicken recipe is cooked without oil.
It is cooked with the ingredients it is marinated in and all the juices from chicken and curd is dried completely.
It can be used as starter or side dish .
And is weight watchers delight. Delicious.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients.Keep it aside for 1/2 hour or longer.
* Step 2
Heat a non stick pan and shift the marinated chicken to it. Cover and cook over low to medium heat till 3-4 minutes. Turn the pieces. It will cook in it's own juices and the water which comes out of the curd. Water can be added if needed.
* Step 3
Keep turning the pieces now and then till done, and it should be completely dry.Delicious chicken black pepper is ready to serve.
