Mango Souffle

#5ing Mango Souffle is a smooth and creamy dessert.Very easy and quick.One of the favourite dessert of our family . Delicious. Turns out well if made with non veg jelly.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare jelly using 300 ml water as per instructions on the box.keep aside to cool.

* Step 2

Peel and chop mangoes. In a blender, mix together mangoes, ice cream, sugar, and jelly liquid till smooth. It will be easier if you blend it in batches.

* Step 3

Pour the mixture in individual bowl,s. Keep it in the fridge (not freezer) to set for 3 hrs and it will be ready to serve. Garnish with mint leaves.

* Step 4

Note: don't allow the jelly to set. Use when it is cool.
