Afghani chicken kebab

#global cuisine Afghani chicken kebab is less spicy,and can be served as a starter or as a side dish.

Ingredient

3/4 cup

curd

1-1/2 tsp

garlic paste

2-1/2 tsp

garam masala

2 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken in the above ingredients for 1/2 hour or more.

* Step 2

Then pan fry chicken in oil. Keep turning in between in a gap of 5 minutes.Also keep adding the leftover marinade and few drops of oil now and then to the pan till kebabs r done.

U can put some butter or grated cheese on the kebabs while serving.

* Step 4

Serve it with onions and chutney of your choice.

These Kebabs can be made with boneless chicken as well.
