* Step 1

Wash and chop the spinach Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.

Add cumin seeds to crackle.. Add garlic and whole red chilli to crackle.

Add chopped spinach and cover the lid after one whistle turn off the flame.

Add salt and mix well. Serve with rice or chapati
