Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the til Heat ghee in a pan. Roast the besan on medium heat until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.

* Step 2

After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the flame. Let the besan cool down, now add til

* Step 3

In another pan add sugar and water till sugar dissolves. Keep it medium flame for 8 -10 mins.

* Step 4

Add roasted besan and til and all dry fruits and cardamom powder and mix well. Pour the mixture into grease plate and garnish with roasted cashew nuts,almonds,raisins and til

* Step 5

Once cooled cut into diamond shape.
