Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dana methi with one cup of water for half an hour.
* Step 2
Wash green chilli properly and chop into small pieces add in the blender and grind coarsely.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add hing,fennel seeds,onion seeds and black mustard seeds to crackle.
* Step 4
Add green chilli and mix well,add coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
* Step 5
Strain the methi dana and mix well cook for 4 - 5 mins now turn off the flame.
* Step 6
Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
* Step 7
Now mirchi ka koota is ready to eat
